Over ?3,000 raised on Friday 15th October

A massive £3,132.30 was raised for Bowel Cancer West on Friday 15th October at a huge party held by the Craig Chapman Salon and their team in Launceston. The event took place at Eagle House Hotel, Castle Street, Launceston which provided a bouncing evening of music by DJ Mark Ward and a 2 hour performance by floor filing band 'Cut the Rug'. Craig says “ What an incredible evening. Not only did we sell out, but everyone that attended where so generous with buying raffle tickets that we raised more than we could have dreamt of. This is such an important cause and we are all proud to be able to hand of such an amazing amount of money to our local training and research centre. The biggest thank you goes all the businesses in Launceston that donated near on 70 raffle prizes, the band, DJ and the Eagle house for doing everything for free and to all involved who donated their time to make this event an outstanding success.”
