How Far Can Your Go for BCW?!
One of the world’s fastest growing running events – Backyard Ultra – is coming to the South West.
The event, at Newnham Park, in Plympton, near Plymouth, is being held on the weekend of September 2,3 and 4
Backyard Ultra is a form of ultramarathon event where competitors run in circuits of 4.167 miles.
Each circuit starts on the hour, and must be completed in less than 60 minutes. When each lap is completed, the remaining time within the hour is typically used to recover for the next hour’s circuit.
And it's all to raise vital funds for Bowel Cancer West!
